Sacred Lover Level 1
Cultivate the Sacred Lover in you with an Individual Practice of Sensual Tai Chi
and Yogic Movements & Meditation. Learn to Activate Sensual Body Flow, Open the
Heart to Intimacy, and Cultivate Sexual/Spiritual Wholeness & Pleasure. The
Sacred Lover practice encourages passionate, healthy and fulfilling intimate
relationships. Partners are not required for this class. The techniques are practiced
individually and learned fully clothed, in a safe, respectful environment.

Upcoming Sacred Lover Level 1 Course
Sacred Lover Level 2
(Only for students who have completed Sacred Lover level 1)
You have now been initiated as a Sacred Lover. You have begun to open your body
and heart more fully to the experience of love, pleasure and intimacy and refine your
sexual energy in Sacred Lover Level 1. In Sacred Lover Level 2 you will learn how to
circulate your refined sexual energy through the body, to nourish your reproductive
health, immune system and glands. Sacred Lover Level 2 will also share with you how
this secret technique of the Tao love mystics will help you deepen your sexual spiritual
relationship to enjoy the benefits of greater sexual and emotional awareness and full
body pleasure. Sacred Lover Level 2 supports your experience of a rich, fulfilling sacred
sexual relationship with yourself and with another. This class will consist of 40 minutes
of movement practice that was learned in level 1 and 35 minutes of sexual/spiritual
meditation practice. All techniques are learned individually, and fully clothed in a
safe, respectful environment.
